At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select the first fifty Participants/voters who have duly submitted their votes for all the mandatory 13 (thirteen) categories of nomination for the Event via the Microsite, strictly in compliance with the Voting Terms and Conditions for the Event The Contest shall begin on 11th November 2017, and shall conclude on 10th December 2017
- Gratification Details
- Each Winner declared by the Organizers would be eligible to win one (1) Couple Admission tickets / passes distributed by the Organizer (“Prize) for the Event i.e. the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2017 proposed to be held in Mumbai at such venue and date as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion (“Event Venue” and “Event Date”, respectively). Each Prize shall have an approximate value of INR 2,500/- (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only). This is only an approximate valuation of the Prize / gratification for the Event and may be subject to change in which case the Organizer shall not be liable to pay to the Winner/s the difference in the value of the Prize, whether in the form of cash or some other gratification.
- It is stated for the avoidance of doubt that the Organizer shall distribute 1 (one) couple admission tickets to the Event per Winner and accordingly, the Organizer shall distribute 50 (fifty) couple admission tickets / passes to all 50 (fifty) Winners in aggregate as part of the gratification for the Contest, in the manner stated herein.
- Winners and persons accompanying them / attending the said Event shall strictly comply with the rules of the Event and the Event Venue. This shall be a strict condition precedent to the Winners availing the Prize.
- Organizer shall not take any responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners, persons accompanying them and /or person/s attending the Event. Organizer shall not take any responsibility or liability in case the Event is cancelled or re-scheduled for any reason whatsoever.
- The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizer.
- Each Winner understands that the gratification mentioned above shall be subject to strict compliance of terms and conditions hereunder or otherwise specified by Organizers from time to time.
- Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Organizer shall not be responsible to bear or reimburse any costs and expenses incurred by the Winner in availing the said Prize and/or incurred otherwise including but not limited to the cost of travel / transportation to the Event Venue at Mumbai, as the case may be, travel to the event venue/location within Mumbai, ground transportation / internal travel, additional access / amenities / facilities accommodation, food, beverages etc. that may be incurred or incidental to availing the Prize / gratification It is hereby expressly stated that the Winner shall be solely responsible to arrange and pay for their transportation, travel etc to the Event including but not limited to internal travel, accommodation, food and beverages and all costs / expenses incurred by the Winner in availing the said Prize and/or incurred otherwise.
- Each Winners shall be required to submit one valid and subsisting identification proof which is acceptable to the Organizer i.e. PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Driver’s License / Passport. In case of minors, one valid and subsisting identification proof (acceptable to the Organizer) of the minor’s parent / legal guardian shall also be duly submitted to the Organizer.
